My dog, Lucy, a 5-year-old, has been refusing food and treats, drinking less, and grazing on grass more than usual for the past 24 hours. She has only eaten a little boiled chicken and rice yesterday and nothing today. I also heard loud gurgling from her tummy all day yesterday, which I've never heard before.
