My dog, Lido, has been vomiting throughout the night after possibly ingesting items from the bottom of a purse, including a press-on nail and possibly ibuprofen. He has vomited foamy and brownish liquid, and now he is unable to keep food down. He seems unconcerned and still has an appetite, but I'm worried about potential blockages or toxins. What should I do?

One of my dogs ate 1 Alka-Seltzer Cold Plus Nighttime. The dog weighs 50 lbs, is 10 years old, and is otherwise very healthy. It has been about an hour since the incident, and the dog has not vomited. The dog is not acting differently other than being lazy, which is normal for a Basset Hound. What should I do, and is there any cause for concern?

My 7-year-old deaf Australian Shepherd, who is also partially blind, is leaking urine and has had a couple of accidents while sleeping. There is no color or smell to the urine, no changes in appetite, no excessive drinking, diarrhea, or vomiting. She has been on a homemade diet recommended by our holistic vet. Could I have caused this or do you think it is stones? She came from a hoarding situation at age four, so we do not know her background.
