My dog, Lilah, is lethargic for about 3 days. She is eating and using the bathroom normally, but she is laying around more than usual. She will play if someone new comes over, and there has been no shaking. She is spayed and has some mucus coming out when she sneezes, which she has done before. She has no known medical diagnosis and her weight is staying the same. What could be causing her lethargy and what should I do?
