My dog, Lilah, started scooting and had a red vaginal area, which led to a diagnosis of a UTI. She is now in the prayer position, shaking, and showing signs of pain after 6 days on antibiotics. Could this be stomach pain from the antibiotics, or is something else wrong?

My dog, Shaggy, who is around 10 to 12 years old, has been vomiting for the past two days, and his right eye is now swollen. The vomit is both liquidy and foamy, but there is no food in it. He hasn't eaten anything unusual that I am aware of. His eye is protruding, and his eyelid is swollen. He is also lethargic and not moving around much, which is unusual for him. What should I do?
