My dog, Linus, has been vomiting for about 12 hours and hasn't been able to keep anything down, including water. He's 5.5 years old, weighs 54 lbs, and we recently switched his flea medicine to Vectra 3D. I have Zofran (4 mg dissolving tablets) and am considering giving it to him to avoid an emergency vet visit until my regular vet opens tomorrow. Is this advisable, and what else should I do?
