She was hospitalized for three days and received a blood transfusion. The vet recommended surgery to check her bone marrow, but I can't afford it. My puppy, Gunner, a back yellow lab, has high water intake and output. He has been treated for UTI, possible diabetes insipidus, and is currently on ciprofloxacin as a last resort, despite no growth on urine culture. He drinks over a gallon of water a day and urinates uncontrollably. His mother had Lyme disease during pregnancy, which we were not made aware of. What could be causing this and what further steps should be taken?

My 15-year-old Sheltie, Lady, has osteoarthritis in her spine and is currently on gabapentin 100mg. She is having difficulty getting up, wobbles when walking, and seems to be in pain. I'm looking for safer and/or better alternatives for her pain management. She is also receiving acupressure and using a frequency bed. What other treatments or medications could help her?

My 10-day-old puppy has been making a lot of mucous sounds when breathing since last night. He has sneezed once or twice but no discharge from the nose or eyes. He did get milk in his nose once during a feeding. The puppy is eating normally and has no trouble with peeing or pooing. What could be causing this and what can I do until I can get to a vet?
