My 12-week-old purebred yellow lab, Laylah, received her shots 2 hours ago and is now sleeping but breathing fast. She won't eat, has swelling in her leg, and is sore at the injection site. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 7-year-old German Shepherd mix, Ruby, has lost a significant amount of weight over a couple of months and has recently gone blind. Her behavior remains largely the same, except for needing retraining due to her blindness. She eats well, drinks several bowls of water daily, and remains cuddly and playful. However, I'm concerned about her weight loss and the sudden onset of slower walking and vomiting since this morning. Should I take her to an emergency vet, or can I wait until regular vet hours?
