My dog lost an upper incisor after colliding with another dog while playing. The tooth appears intact with a hole in the middle (likely the pulp canal), and there's a little white spot in her mouth near the hole. She's not showing any signs of discomfort and is chewing normally. What should I do about the white spot, and is it normal after losing a tooth?
