My dog, Lucky, was diagnosed with diabetes and possibly Cushings. He is 14 years and 6 months old. He is on a potassium supplement gel that I administer twice a day. Today, when I administered it, I believe it went down the wrong pipe and he started gagging, showing signs of wanting to throw up, and coughing whenever he drank water. This happened for about 90 minutes, but now, 6 hours later, he seems fine and can eat and drink without coughing or gagging. How will I know if he did indeed get the medication gel into his lungs? He seems fine at this moment but I am worried.

My dog, Ruckus, a 35-pound, 11-year-old dog in good health, ate one grape about an hour ago. He has not vomited and has had his usual nightly walk, including urination and defecation. Should I be concerned about grape toxicity, and what should I do?

My small terrier dog mix, Pele, threw up this afternoon and appears lethargic with a wet and cold nose, and pink gums. She is 7 years old, spayed, and had a full check-up and teeth cleaning with good lab work two weeks ago. Should I worry, and what should I do?
