My dog, Lucy, accidentally received her evening medication only an hour after her afternoon one. She is taking mexiletine 3x a day and sotalol 2x a day. I am worried about a possible mexiletine overdose as she is breathing heavily, her breath is labored, and she is showing signs of anxiety and tremors. What should I do?

I have a 2-year-old Wheaten Terrier named Doobie. I've noticed that the hair on her front paws is changing from blonde to rust-colored. She licks her paws occasionally but not constantly. I've read about this type of dermatitis and need to know how to control it and get it back to its normal color. What could be causing this color change, and what steps can I take to address it?

My 6-month-old golden retriever, Harley, chewed up a tube of triamcinolone 0.1% ointment within the last 2-3 hours. She hasn't thrown up since, and I just found the chewed tube in her kennel. What should I expect and is there anything I should do?

My dog, Bolou, has had an itchy rash and sores on his belly for several months, which has now developed into blisters. We initially thought it was chiggers and treated it with flea/tick serum and anti-itch meds, but it seems to be getting worse. We saw a vet who did not find any mites, and they suggested it could still be chiggers. We also noticed some hard lumps under the skin, which we believe are unrelated. What could be causing this and how should we treat it?
