My dog, Lucy, age 6, refuses to eat in the mornings, leading to hypoglycemia and nausea for the rest of the day. She eats dinner at night and is fine until the next morning. I suspect a GI issue or behavioral problem. She is otherwise healthy and acts normally, but has lost some weight due to eating only once a day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Hypoglycemia is rare in a 6-year-old dog and is usually due to a pancreatic tumor secreting insulin....

I dropped two pills of Allegra 180mg and canโt find them. I doubt she ate them as they would taste terrible, but still concerned. The dog is a 20 lb Yorkie-poo. What should I do?

Initially, I thought my 10-year-old Airedale, Dexter, had a tick on his ear. By bedtime, we noticed a large thing attached to his ear where it meets his head. We tried removing it but it started to bleed, so we applied IPA. A neighbor suggested it could be a blood blister. Dexter was groomed recently and had no ticks or noticeable bumps then. He also gets monthly flea and tick preventative meds and takes Tramadol and Carbomethal for degenerative spine issues. What do you think it is and how can we treat it?

My 7-month-old dog has been experiencing diarrhea and now soft stools, possibly due to stress from camping, dietary changes, and suspected chicken allergy. What could be causing this and what steps should I take to address it?

My 12-week-old dog, Timby, ate a relatively large, open staple from a staple gun. I'm concerned about potential complications and whether this could be fatal. What should I do?

My 8-week-old puppy, Bunker, ate a laxative (Surfak) 15 minutes ago. He is tiny, weighing only 2 lbs, and did not eat the whole pill, just about 3/4 of an 8.6 mg Sennosides pill. What should I do, and will he be okay?
