I have a 7-year-old beagle named Abbie who has had neck pain before, treated with steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs. Now, the pain seems to be in her front leg. Could this be caused by the neck issue? Abbie is yelping in pain when moving her upper body randomly, and she is currently not on any medications. Should I get her to the vet immediately?

My dog's front feet started getting red and swollen a couple of days ago, similar to what happened last summer. The vet prescribed Apoquel, which helped then, but now there's an oozing sore on his cheek. He takes Nexgard monthly. I'm concerned about mange and can't get him to the vet until Monday.
