My dog, Kai, a 2-year-old, has cut her eye on something outside. We just noticed it, and her eyeball is swelling and bleeding inside. It is rolling back and doesn't look like she can see out of it. What should I do?

My 9-month-old lab (~50-60 pounds) ate bugs that died from an insecticide I sprayed a couple of weeks back. The insecticide was Ortho Home Defense (outside bottle). He is experiencing repeated vomiting and excessive diarrhea for the last 8 hours. We have removed his food but continue to give water. Should I take him to the vet, and is there anything else I can do to help him?
