I am taking care of my daughter's dog, Bezi, who is 5 years old. He was attacked by another dog and had surgery to repair a ripped skin on his thigh and has several puncture wounds. He is currently wearing a cone and taking 100 mg Trazadone 2x per day, 500 mg Carprofen 2x per day, and 375 mg Amoxicillin Clavulanate 2x per day. After 3 days, he has started shaking his head violently. I'm unsure if this is due to the cone or the medication. What should I do?

We have a 7-month-old mixed-breed rescue dog named Louie who has had loose bowels for 4.5 months despite trying various treatments, including metronidazole, Simplicef, and Proviable Forte sprinkle. His bowel movements return to being loose or watery when these treatments are stopped. He is also on a prescription diet (HillsFarm Digestive Care i/d).
