We have a new puppy named Stanley in a house with two older dogs. One of the older dogs is fine with the puppy, but the older and Alpha female is exhibiting anxiety and bullying behavior towards Stanley. She has barely eaten and relaxed in two weeks and seems obsessed with him. We have tried introductions on neutral ground and walks, but her behavior has not improved. What can we do to help her integrate better with the new puppy?

My 8.5-year-old lab mix was being treated for low platelets with steroids and Mycophenalate. After a month, his platelets rose to normal, but he started vomiting and refused to eat or drink. He was given anti-nausea medication and additional treatments, but he still won't eat. His liver enzymes were elevated, and he had fresh blood in his diarrhea. What can be done to help him recover and start eating again?
