My 3-year-old Shih Tzu, Buddy, ate a small square of chocolate with less than 5 mg of THC 10 minutes ago. He has not vomited yet and is acting normal. What should I do?

My 8-month-old dog, Appa, had a post-neuter incision that hasn't closed after 4 days. The incision was not closed when I picked him up after surgery and has not closed yet. He is wearing an e-collar and has licked the incision a few times when the collar was removed. The deeper tissues are held together, and there was slight clear discharge earlier today. He is not on any medications since the day after surgery and does not act painful. Is this typical at this stage of healing, and should I be concerned about infection?
