My dog, Mahli, has been vomiting overnight with blood in the vomit each time. She has stopped this morning but is very quiet and hasn't moved off the lounge. She is usually very active and hyper, but now she seems lethargic. Could she have eaten something unusual from our backyard? What should I do to help her?
