My dog, Mallie, a 3-4-year-old black lab, has been salivating more than normal since noon today and acting highly anxious. She has also been standing still, staring down the hallway at nothing with her tail tucked between her legs. On a normal day, she only drools when begging for food. Her teeth look normal. What could be causing this behavior, and what should I do?

My 8-year-old goldendoodle, Wally, had diarrhea for over 24 hours, followed by episodes of involuntary head shaking that lasted for a few minutes and then 30 seconds, both of which occurred in the ER without a clear diagnosis.
