My dog, Marley, who is 13 years old and has osteoarthritis, chronic hepatitis, and previously had an adenocarcinoma removed, was prescribed benazepril after a stroke or seizure. She has been taking metoclopramide, famotidine, meloxidyl, and Tramadol. After the first dose of benazepril, she experienced phlegmy breathing, upset behavior, and vomiting. Is this a normal side effect of the medication?

He didn't have a bowel movement until the afternoon, which is unusual for him. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
