My dog, Max (a mixed breed, 5 years old), was recently treated for campylobacter. He is now eating and pooping fine, but he spits up water 3-4 hours after drinking. He is currently being treated with Cerenia and Pepcid. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 12-year-old Pekapom named Tasha. Since May 18, she has shown signs of lethargy, difficulty running, hopping, and barking, frequent falling, and issues with her legs spreading apart when standing. She also has a history of mild seizures and has been on Rimadyl 25 mg daily since May 21. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I be aware of?
