My dog, Max, a Yorky Chihuahua, is lethargic, not walking, and vomited once last night after eating a pork chop bone. He usually loves going out and following us around. The vomit was brown and contained food, possibly the bone. What could be wrong and what should I do?

My dog, Dolly, has injured her tail. She can move it about 2 inches from the base, but the rest is limp. There is no bleeding, but she seems to be in pain when we squeeze it.
