My dog, Max, humps his doggy bed all the time and has recently started leaving light pink spots on the bed and our bed. He is a nervous dog who hates car rides and doesn't like strangers. He has been near a female dog in heat but always separated by a fence. In the past, he has screamed out in pain and looked towards his private area, and his anal glands seem to be large at times. What could be causing the pink spots and what should I do?
