My dog, Maybull, a 11-year-old female, has watery purplish diarrhea and may have eaten turkey bones 36 hours ago. She is not eating normally, has been drinking heavily, and has a wet bottom. She has a history of HGE and can be aggressive towards strangers. What should I do?

I have a dog with atopic dermatitis and have been treating him with Celestamine for the past 2 years. However, Celestamine has been discontinued in the Philippines, and other antihistamines like Benadryl, Claritin, Loratadine, and Cetirizine have not worked. I also tried Apoquel but stopped due to its side effects. My vet suggested trying Betahistine, but I am unsure if it is safe or effective for my dog. Is it advisable to give Betahistine to my dog, and is Cytopoint available in the Philippines?

I have a Pomeranian/Yorkie less than 5 lbs. The emergency vet diagnosed her as diabetic and insulin is needed. She is not responding and the vet is no help with a wait-and-see attitude. I am watching her deteriorate as she won't eat, making it impossible to give insulin. She has had seizures, is vomiting stomach acid, and has tremors. What can be done to help her?

My dog, a 4-year-old pug weighing 12 to 15 pounds, ate half of a Hershey's 1.55 oz chocolate bar. We found the wrapper about an hour ago and she has already vomited a little. Should we induce vomiting, and is she at risk for seizures or organ damage?
