My 13-year-old Yorkie, Brees, has had diarrhea since yesterday and started vomiting about an hour after eating. The vomit appears to be whole, exactly what he recently ate, and is not foamy. He has not eaten anything unusual, but he does explore the backyard. We switched his food to Cesar loaf in sauce mixed with Kibbles and Bits Bistro for small dogs about two months ago.
