I have a 14-year-old lab with a suspected spleen tumor. My vet advised against surgery due to the risk, and another vet recommended Yunnan Bai Yao and possible steroids. My dog is listless and has been going to the bathroom in the house. His gums are pink, and he still has a good appetite. Would the steroids and herbal medicine be a viable option to make him feel better, or is it time to consider other decisions?
