My Australian Shepherd, Baxter, is lethargic, has had blood in his stool and vomit, and is refusing his regular food. He has vomited twice, once with just bile and once with bile and blood. He is drinking a lot but hardly eating his regular food, though he will eat pieces of dry food and treats. He stopped taking his medications with his food and is on Prozac and Trazadone for behavior issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a 4-year-old female poodle who has had 3 litters and pushes them away at the right time when they need to start eating soft food. One pup from her 2nd litter, now about 2 years old, still nurses with new babies even when they are old enough to stop. I separated them for 30 days and it was right back to nursing.
