My 14-year-old dachshund ate human feces and about one ounce of milk chocolate 24 hours ago. She vomited once, is shaking, and breathing heavily. What should I do?

We just adopted a 5-month-old Pomsky named June 3 days ago. She is peeing about every 15 minutes, has diarrhea, and is throwing up. The vomit is liquidy with not much food in it. She has not eaten anything unusual and is not showing signs of anxiety anymore. She is drinking more water than my other dog, a Chihuahua mix, and is not straining to pee. Is this just stress, and what should we do?
