My dog, Jairo, is 4 years old in human years. He was throwing up yellow yesterday, and today he's only drinking water, barely walking, and has no appetite. He seems more tired than usual, and after walking a bit, he laid down and started whining a little. He hasn't vomited today but did so three times yesterday. He only wants to drink water and hasn't had an appetite. He isn't neutered, and his breathing is slow and deep. He doesn't have any other medical problems and isn't taking any medications. Are there any over-the-counter medicines he could possibly take?
