My dog, Niko, a 20-month-old weighing 20 pounds, had a bowel movement 2 days ago with the help of a glycerin suppository. Since then, he has only drunk water, not eaten, and is gurgling. He is lethargic and doesn't want to move or walk much. I'm concerned about a possible bowel obstruction since he likes to eat thin clothes. What should I do?

I have a 10-year-old Yorkie named Tyson who developed a large mass on his inner right back leg, which was initially diagnosed as a fatty cyst.
