My 9-year-old Westie, Kiltie, is having blood in his stool tonight. This afternoon he had loose stool. He ate boiled chicken, white rice, and raw carrots this morning but didn't finish his food tonight and had a second slimy, bloody movement. What should I do, and is there anything else the vet should know?

I have a two-year-old female Yorkie named Polly Pocket and a six-month-old female Yorkie named Penny. Polly is constantly trying to lick Penny's private area.
