My dog, Odessa, a 9-year-old German Rottweiler, had major surgery for a ruptured tumor on her bladder and a full hysterectomy. Post-surgery, she has shown signs of a possible stroke, including facial drooping on the right side, difficulty chewing, and drooling. She is also very depressed, has a low energy level, and refuses to eat her regular food, only occasionally eating cooked chicken or deli ham. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can be done to help her?
