My dog, Ollie (3 years old, 50lb), accidentally ate about 20 of his 40 mg prednisone pills 14 hours ago. He is not showing any unusual behavior, just increased urination and drinking. He has been on prednisone for 3 weeks for an autoimmune disorder and has become very hyper and hungry. What should I do, and when should I resume his normal prednisone dose?

My dog, Benson, a Labrador who will be a year old next month, suddenly refuses to come inside the house despite being a house dog. He comes to the door and whines but won't enter even with coaxing. We are experiencing cold weather and are worried about him. He shows no signs of pain or behavioral changes other than this. What could be causing this and what can we do to help him come inside?

I give Bravecto to my retrievers every three months for ticks, fleas, and parasites. My trainer suggested adding Simparica for the Lonestar tick, which Bravecto doesn't cover. Now, the trainer thinks I only need to use Simparica. Will Simparica provide enough protection against fleas, ticks, and parasites on its own, or do I still need both Bravecto and Simparica?
