Hi, I have a Yoranian nearly 1 year old named Ollie. I just noticed that his testicles are scabby and peeling. The scabs seem to be black and are starting to come away from the skin. Around the testicles is a lighter area. He had been licking the area but I thought it was normal. I washed the area and he found it very uncomfortable. He hasn't been neutered.
