My dog, Orka, a 2.5-year-old standard poodle, has been trying to vomit but only brings up white/clear bile or water she just drank. She started vomiting around 2 pm yesterday, and her stomach feels a little stiff. She has been on Cephalexin for a staph infection but stopped it today due to vomiting concerns. She has grabbed a couple of toys but seems less energetic than usual, with her tail lowered. Her stomach hasn't changed in size since yesterday, and she has thrown up twice since eating dinner, once with nothing coming up and the second time with water. Is this concerning, and what can I do to help her?

My puppy has consumed small Lego pieces and sticks, causing him to pass a lot of smelly gas, especially when napping/sleeping. He has also experienced shifts in personality, crying and talking more. He is due for worming. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I can do to ease his discomfort?
