My dog, Oscar, a 2-year-old, has been sneezing, reverse sneezing, and has mucous coming out of his nose. He's been eating and drinking normally, but I don't know his temperature. The congestion started two days ago, and he's not scratching his skin but licking his nose. He had a previous surgery to remove a piece of hay from his lungs, and I'm worried it might be related. What should I do?
