My 2-year-old border collie, Arthur, has been intermittently dry coughing as if he has something stuck in his throat about 5 times a day for the past week. He coughs 1-5 times at random times and then goes on with his day. I haven't noticed any other symptoms. Is this anything to be concerned about?

My Papillon, Whiskie, has been suffering from diarrhea and spitting up watery foam for a couple of days. Her diet hasn't changed, and she doesn't eat anything off the ground. She has an appetite and drinks but can't keep it down. She looks her normal self, enjoys her walks, and follows me around the house. There is no apparent pain, and she will be ten years old in March. Could the fumes from a nearby fire restoration affect her in this way?
