My 13 lb female dog has been able to urinate only a couple of drops recently. She is lively, not feverish, eating and active. Five days ago, her leash got stuck in the car door and she was pulled down hard onto the back seat. She was alarmed and hurt a bit but I have not noticed anything else until today. She tried to urinate more frequently than usual but only had a couple of drops. What could be the issue?

Her belly is tight to the touch but not hot. We are in Colorado, and the temperature is about 6 degrees. What should I do, and is it okay to wait about an hour before seeking veterinary care?

My dog ate a bar of handmade soap containing ingredients such as Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Shea Butter, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Sorbitan oleate, Soy bean protein, and Titanium Dioxide. Are any of these ingredients toxic to her (she is 55 pounds), and do we need to induce vomiting?
