My dog, Paco, a 4-year-old chiweenie, is trembling, lethargic, and has had diarrhea for a few days. His stool is runny, and his abdomen looks slightly fuller than usual. He ate some oatmeal and pork today. Could these symptoms be from a virus, infection, or something he ate? Should I take him to the vet, and if so, what tests might be needed? If I can't afford a vet visit, what home treatments can I try?

My dog, Alfie, has been sneezing a lot the last couple of days, mostly when he gets excited or exerts energy. He has been eating and drinking normally, and there are no signs of skin irritation. Alfie is 18 months old and weighs approximately 24kg. He had a 'hot spot' last month which was treated with antibiotics and steroid cream. What could be causing the sneezing, and is there anything I can do to help?
