I think my dog ate a tiny amount of rat poison. The poison was in a box, and he bit down on it, causing some tiny crumbs to fall out. The dog has not vomited since ingesting the rat poison. What should I do, and are there any signs I should watch for?

I have two lab mix dogs, aged 7 and 6 years. Recently, one of them has a red eye with some yellow discharge, and the other one also has yellow discharge in one eye but it doesn't look as red as the first dog. Could this be allergies due to the high pollen levels in northeast PA?
