My dog, Peach, a 1 1/2-year-old, has been trembling, lethargic, and smacking his mouth for about an hour. He doesn't seem to want to wake up or drink water, and he looks sad. He was recently showered and dried with a hair dryer, then went outside briefly before coming back in and showing these symptoms. There was a pest control service done outside the house earlier today, but he didn't go outside until much later. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Do Utah service dogs have any protections to prevent animal control from impounding the dog and putting it down after it has bitten a person, especially if the incident occurred at home and the dog was not wearing its service dog vest or registration card?
