My dog, Tigger, a 10-year-old, has been very lazy, won't eat, and won't jump up on the bed since I returned from a trip. He seems more tired than usual and is drinking water but not eating any food, even when I mix wet food with dry or try just wet food. He has no vomiting or diarrhea, and his teeth are okay with some tartar. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 6-month-old puppy, Remy, had his first dose of Nexgard flea and tick yesterday afternoon. He has vomited through the night and again this morning. What is the likelihood of the Nexgard dose being the reason for his vomiting? He vomited all food initially and then bile. He ate a Dentastick treat, but his sibling is not sick. He is a rescue and got all his shots this past week.
