My dog, Simba, a 3-year-old weighing 35 lbs, ate a whole pack of Oreo cookies 4 hours ago and has not thrown up. What should I do and what symptoms should I watch for?

My dog recently had her skin cut in a grooming accident resulting in a small cut about the size of a penny or nickel across her skin. It has been about 2 days and we are treating it following the instructions from one of the vets on this app. At what stage in the healing process would she be able to take a bath? I don't want to cause additional damage to the wound as it is healing.
