My dog, Pepper Jack, accidentally took off the Simparica for 22-44 pounds by mistake. He is about 2 years old and weighs around 44 pounds. I tried to give him hydrogen peroxide to drink but only managed to get in 3cc. What should I do?

My pug, Rosco, ingested about half to two-thirds of a 50mg Losartan pill. He had foaming saliva coming out of his nose and mouth, but the foaming stopped shortly after he spit out part of the pill. He is not as active as usual but is still responding. What should I do, and should I monitor him throughout the night or take him to an ER veterinarian?
