I have a five-year-old, 15-pound male Havanese named Mojo. He has a red, irritated area on his left hind leg that he is constantly licking and biting. The hair in that area was extremely matted, and after I trimmed it, he started biting and irritating the leg more. His appetite is good, and his personality is fine, but he is bothered by this issue.
