My dog, Pete, has congestive heart failure due to tricuspid valve dysplasia. He started on Furosemide and Pimobendan yesterday. Today, his left hind leg is swollen and he's having trouble walking. There's no wound on his foot, and the swelling seems to be more around the knee area. He's also been anemic and taking omeprazole for a month to prevent GI bleeding. What could be causing the swelling and difficulty walking, and what should I do?
