My dog Pharaoh McConnell, an 8-year-old, had a rash on his inner thigh that has mostly gone away but still causes itching. He has been dragging his legs, which may be a way to scratch the itchy area. I think my puppy, Cotton Ball, has a UTI. Her pee is smelly, she pees constantly in small amounts, and she wakes up wet. I did a home test for UTI and it showed positive for leukocytes.
