My dog, Pongo, a 1-year-old weighing 85 pounds, ate 32 calming treats about 20 minutes ago. He has not thrown up and has been given hydrogen peroxide. He is also taking hip and joint chews and skin and hair chews. What should I do and is there any risk?

My Chihuahua, Lit Bite, scratches herself raw all the time, including biting her tail. I've tried various treatments but ran out of medicine and can't get it refilled. She has no fleas or mites and might be allergic to the rug. What can I do to help her until I can get a veterinary appointment?
