My 4-year-old Yorkie has a rash on her back near her tail, with patches and scabs. She keeps biting the area, causing it to bleed. I have washed the area with dish soap, applied flea medication, given her Benadryl, and sprayed Vetericyn Plus on the wound. What can I do to help her, and can I apply cortisone or neosporin? What could this be?

How do I get a 10-week-old puppy named Mr. Moo to drink? I've tried milk bone broth, water, homemade puppy milk, and nothing works. He was born with a hole in his head and is a bit slower than normal pups his age. He eats normally but hasn't been drinking for about a week, though he still lays with his mother and tries to nurse for a minute or two.
