My dog, Queenie, suddenly falls over on her side, cries out a few times while whining, then gets quiet and gets up. She has been showing other behavioral changes like not sleeping in bed as usual and going to areas of the floor to sleep. She also exhibits shivering or shaking of her head and sometimes her body. Queenie has a history of broken leg, Cushing's disease, thyroid and heart problems. She is on medications including Vetmedin, L-thyroxin, Amlodopine, Enalapril, and Vetoryl. What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?
