He has been trying to defecate but only producing diarrhea with minor blood streaking. He has been drinking his regular amount of water and threw up on Saturday night, which included his dinner and a few blackberries. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 12-year-old dachshund, Carly, has allergies and exhibits symptoms such as sneezing up white stringy spit, frequent sneezing of food, and brown snot on the floor and walls. She sneezes about 8+ times a day, has dry skin that comes and goes, and occasionally bites her paws and sides. Additionally, she snores and paces at night. Has the Dachshund been drinking more or less water than usual? Have you taken her temperature? Has the Dachshund been licking or scratching her skin?
